Please take note that once you file a dispute, chargeback or claim with your financial institution, it takes a minimum of 75 days for the financial institution to analyze the evidence and reach a decision. During that time, the financial institution will not allow any sort of action, meaning that any process that may have initiated directly with us (return, exchange, warranty, etc.) will be put On Hold until a decision is reached.
