We can assure you that we can only issue one charge to your account for your order. The double charge you’re seeing is an authorization hold issued by your bank to insure you have sufficient funds for the purchase. Once the payment goes through successfully, the authorization hold will be automatically released back to you by your bank.

We kindly ask that you provide us with a picture of the transaction that you completed in order to corroborate that the payment was cleared accordingly and in case that any inconsistency is presented, we shall proceed accordingly.
