Are your items unused and you want to return them for a Refund? No problem! All items acceptable for Return must be within the 30 days of purchase in original condition (including packaging, labels and tags, free items, gels and supplements) with tags still attached and additional add-ons unopened and unused. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. (Items considered "Flash Sale" cannot be returned)

Our 30-day Money-back guarantee Policy is valid ONLY to U.S. customers who purchased our products from HotShapers.com. Refund requests on purchases made via other third-party affiliates (Amazon.com, Walmart.com or Groupon.com) health stores must be directed to the appropriate retailer. 30-day Money-back guarantee is only valid for first-time purchases of a product, and redeemable item(s) must be shipped back to Hot Shapers Warehouse in order to process the return. Customer may not return the same item for refund more than once.

If you return your order for a refund, $4.99 will be deducted due to our shipping and handling fee. The funds go back onto your original payment method, not including shipping costs on your original order. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days for Exchanges/Returns to be processed.

We do not process refunds for LOST OR STOLEN packages, confirmed DELIVERED by the carrier.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
