First, prepare soapy water. Just soap and water, no extra chemicals needed.

Second, dip your Shapers in the soapy water and mix them around a bit.

Third, drain the water and take them out

Fourth, hand-wash your Shaper until no soap comes out of it.

Fifth, Hang-dry it once you’re done until the next day

Sixth, train HARD again with your fresh and clean Shapers.
