Our Hot Shapers are designed to be worn especially during exercise for a maximum of 2-3 hours. They may also be worn as shapers, underneath your day-to-day clothing; the time depends on how comfortable you feel wearing them. Do not wear your product while sleeping, and remember to wash them after every use.
